Tradorca is a journaling and analytics tool. It records and analyses trades you have made and helps you track prop-firm accounts.

Tradorca is not a broker, not a financial adviser, and does not execute trades. Nothing in the service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. We do not recommend trades, and we never place, modify or cancel orders on your behalf. Any decision you make remains yours alone.

Trading futures and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance — including any statistics shown in Tradorca — does not indicate future results.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Tradorca is a paid service offered on subscription tiers. New accounts receive a time-limited free trial; at the end of the trial you must choose a paid plan to continue using the service.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record; that provider is identified at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the paid period. Prices are in USD and exclude taxes where applicable.

Your trade history is retained on every plan. If your subscription lapses, we do not delete your history — access to features may be limited until you resubscribe.

You may connect third-party accounts, such as a broker. You are responsible for ensuring that connecting an account complies with the rules of that broker or prop firm — some prop firms restrict third-party or automated access, and we are not responsible for any consequence of connecting an account in breach of their rules.

We request read-only access only. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions.

Statistics, P&L figures and progress indicators are derived from the data you enter or that we import. Imported data may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. You should treat your broker's and prop firm's own statements as authoritative — and not rely on Tradorca for compliance with any prop-firm rule, drawdown limit or payout requirement.

Do not misuse the service: no attempting to breach security or access other users' data, no reverse engineering, no scraping or overloading the service, no unlawful use, and no reselling or redistributing the service without our permission.

You keep ownership of the trades, journal entries, notes and files you put into Tradorca. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process that content in order to provide the service.

We aim to keep Tradorca available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, notified to you.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
